Learn more about your personal strengths and how to use them well at Mason Day 2018! Come over to the Strengths at Mason table anytime from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. for some great conversations with your fellow Mason students.

Strengths-A-Thon

Join Strengths at Mason Team and Well-Being Team students to learn more about your strengths, and celebrate the diversity of strengths among Mason students. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve taken the Strengths assessment yet or not.

Strengths Info Session

This is an opportunity for Mason students to learn more about their strengths, the strengths of others, and what strengths mean to our university.

Strengths Awareness Day

Relieve end-of-semester stress by spending some relaxing time with other Mason students — and learn how to use your strengths to ace your finals — at the Strengths Awareness Day Thursday, December 7, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event, which is part of DeStress Fest, will take place in the Office of Student Involvement, The Hub, Room 2300.
If you haven’t yet taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, there will be opportunities to take the assessment on the spot. Enjoy giveaways, as well.

Once you’ve learned what your personal strengths are, do you wonder what’s next? Find out Thursday, December 7 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at a Strengths Info. Session in Johnson Center 334 – Meeting Room E. Join Mason’s Strengths Academy to find out how to use your strengths and enjoy free pizza, as well!

Building Character with Strengths

Learn something great about yourself and how to use your strengths for stronger well-being at the Building Character with Strengths event. Join the GMU Well-Being Team and Mason Strengths for this event Wednesday, November 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the HUB.

Enjoy free prizes, candy, and popcorn there, as well.
